By accessing or using MeetSide, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

MeetSide is designed to foster high-intent, respectful professional networking. You agree NOT to:

• Send unsolicited bulk commercial pitches, spam, or promotional campaigns.
• Harass, intimidate, stalk, or impersonate any individual.
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or extract directory information across spaces.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or QR admission tokens.

3. Organizer & Space Operator Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for maintaining the physical and digital safety of their designated spaces. Organizers agree to uphold attendee privacy and respect the confidentiality of private attendee messages and contact data.

4. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

MeetSide facilitates introductions based on self-reported interest and presence. We do not verify the identity, background, or claims made in member profiles. Users are encouraged to exercise ordinary prudence in all in-person meetings.
